Bug#601257: gksu.desktop doesn't obey the localization files.

The Brazilian Portuguese translation for gksu was recenly updated (thank you
for that) but I noticed that gksu.desktop wasn't.
So I had a look at the source and found out that although the .po files have
entries for the desktop file, gksu.desktop doesn't follow their translations
because it comes ready made instead of being created at build time.
The po files refer to gksu.desktop.in.h but that file isn't present.

As a workaround just to fix the pt_BR "Name" field in gksu.desktop, the
following diff could be applied to it:
