Bug#597397: update-manager-gnome: In Changes tab, where (Closes: #nnn, #mmm, ...), only first bug number is hyperlinked

- In Changes tab, if after Closes: there are more than one bug, just the first one is
  hyperlinked correctly to bugs.d.o.

Proposed fix: just hyperlinking bug numbers like changelogs at packages.d.o

Examples:

Changelog at [1] is hyperlinked correctly.

xserver-xorg-core 2:1.7.7-6 contains
