Bug#598666: daemon.conf should have a little documentation

daemon.conf is empty, this makes configuring gdm for eg, automatic login
harder than it needs to be. For one thing, I had to guess at the file
format; this would not be obvious to everyone. Then I had to go look in
README.Debian to learn where the list of configuration keys is.
I suggest:
