Bug#620926: /usr/bin/gnome-network-properties: Loses user proxy settings when switching between proxies if one has "Use the same proxy for all protocols" set

Steps to reproduce:

- Open gnome-network-properties
- Select the "Default" location
- Switch to "Manual proxy configuration"
- Check "Use the same proxy for all protocols" if not already checked
- Delete the HTTP proxy and set the port to 0
- Switch back to "Direct internet connection"
- In the location dropdown, choose "New Location...", and enter some
  sample name.
- In the new location, choose "Manual proxy configuration"
- Uncheck "Use the same proxy for all protocols"
- Enter proxy.example.com for all four hostnames.  For ports, put 1234
  as the port for the first three, and 1080 for the Socks port.  (Just
  so you can distinguish it in this test.)
- In the location dropdown, choose Default.
- In the location dropdown, choose the new location you created.
- Notice the blanked-out settings for "Secure HTTP proxy", "FTP proxy",
  and "Socks host".
