Bug#620992: balsa: Invoking Help fails with 'Not found'

Stock Squeeze with Gnome, regularly updated. Invoking Help from the menu or by
pressing F1 fails with a popup message "Page can't be loaded", "The requested
URI address ghelp:balsa is not valid". Probably just a typo (that 'ghelp' looks
suspicious; should probably just be 'help').

This may be related to just the Slovenian localization which I'm using, or
perhaps appears in all locales?
