Bug#581346: Patch with different defaults

Attached is a patch which (seems to work for me) changes the defaults to
two-page, non-continuous, best fit view, as a workaround for those who
prefer those settings.  Install as follows (you'll need a chunk of disc
space):

  As root:
    apt-get build-dep evince
  As you:
    apt-get source evince
    cd evince-2.30.3
    patch -p1 < ../evince-defaults.patch
    debuild
    (ignore the debsign failed error)
  As root:
    dpkg -i ../evince_2.30.3-2cjch_amd64.deb ../libevince2_2.30.3-2cjch_amd64.deb

Afterward you can remove all the files and directories created by the
above steps.
