Bug#622636: eog should conflict and replace gir1.2-eog-3.0

Hi,

the eog package should get Conflicts and Replaces added against the
gir1.2-eog-3.0, since in svn r27422 "* Put the gir in the eog package, since
it’s in a private directory." Thus both packages contain the same files and
upgrades break.
