Bug#623932: Colored bars instead of video on totem

I am seeing the same results with totem, but I only see it on version
3.0.0, not 2.*.  It also affects the totem browser plugin.  I've tried
using gst-launch-0.10 to play the videos and that seems to work fine, so
I'm inclined to say it's not gstreamer, but my testing wasn't
particularly thorough.

Please let me know if you need me to do any sort of testing or provide
more information.
