Bug#624137: gdm: Fails to shutdown the system, in certain cases

Hi all

In the following scenario, GDM fails to shutdown the system:
1) login
2) choose "New login"
3) login there as well
4) switch to the first login (CTRL-ALT-F7)
5) choose 'shutdown'.
   You get a dialog in which you are told the system is not configured
   to shut down if other users are still logged in.
6) switch to the second login (CTRL-ALT-F8)
7) choose 'shutdown'
   You get the same dialog. Click "Cancel".
   You now get to see the first login again, still showing the dialog
   from step 5.
8) click "Cancel"
   You get back to the login screen.
9) choose "shutdown the system"
   GDM dies, but the system stays running. No shutdown is performed...

I know, it's a long story, but maybe it points to some interesting bug
:) At least GDM didn't do what I asked it to do and for people who are
afraid of textual login prompts, it results in a scary situation ;-)
