Bug#624471: seahorse: Doesn't seem to verify old password when changing a keyring's password

Package: seahorse
Version: 3.0.0-1
Severity: normal
When changing a keyring's password I can enter anything in the field for
the old passowrd, or leave it blank, and seahorse doesn't complain about
it. I haven't verified whether it goes ahead and changes the password,
but if I leave the new password blank too I get the "Store passwords
unencrypted?" dialog (see also #624447) as if it would remove the
password if that dialog worked.
