Bug#624616: epiphany-extensions: tab-key-tab-navigate extension not enabled

The tab-key-tab-navigate extension is not being built with the current version of the package. I couldn't find a reason listed in the source, and after manually building it the extension seems to work fine, so this is probably just an oversight.
