It might be the same, but I do have the version of liborc you mention:

  zack at usha:~$ dpkg -l liborc*|tail -n 1
  ii  liborc-0.4-0                                    1:0.4.13-1 Library of Optimized Inner Loops Runtime Compiler

and the problem is still present.
