I don't know if this is polite, but ibus,scim both works fine with
other programes
if i turn off the input gnome-terminal to none, it just works fine
default the method is X Input Method
the picture shows it in my system

Everyone: this is not a problem with gnome-terminal. Please stop the bug
flood and report the bugs against your respective input methods.
