Ok. I wasn't much used to nautilus (used more pcmanfm and thunar).
If the window is selected (like by clicking a file, a folder or the window background) then Alt+Home will focus the first item in the window.
If we're using the shortcuts in the left panel then Alt+Home will go to the Home folder.
