Bug#639118: control-center: Remove unused type-handling from Build-Depends

Hi!

It seems that the type-handling Build-Depends is not used any longer,
and given that it's a deprecated package it would be really nice if you
could apply the attached trivial patch and regenerate debian/control
for your next upload.
