Bug#639283: In gnome-shell: Closing the first of multiple windows opened with gksu closes all.

Package: gksu
Version: 2.0.2-5
Severity: normal

I'm using GNOME 3 so I don't know if this is a gksu or a gnome-shell bug.
If we open more than one window with gksu and then close *the first window opened* all windows will close.
