The dependency is already in debian/control:

http://anonscm.debian.org/gitweb/?p=users/agx/system-config-printer.git;a=blobdiff;f=debian/control;h=eeac167d168193bd3da60385355adfb294e29838;hp=8d875fe0b44e86c748e0ed09b0a32b432052ef15;hb=2e87ef3e230ab06f70539c147feb8d283b59cab6;hpb=ea153fe6ffdf06ffcdb185db657bbfb281312452

but for some wired reason didn't make it into the package. I'll upload a
new version soonish.
