Bug#652808: libglib2.0-0: glib fails to detect default timezone

Hi again.

Looking a bit at the source code, it looks like the problem is that
the code expects /etc/localtime to start with "TZif2".  In my case,
it starts with "TZif", without the "2".  The file has not been changed
since the system was installed in 2007.

So I guess the summary of the issue could be changed to
"g_time_zone_new() does not support all versions of /etc/localtime
used by Debian".
