Hi,
I finally realized that compiz overrides the selection of the theme.
Therefore, we have to select into compiz too.
After select the cursor theme, go to 'CompizConfig Settings Manager' and in
'General Options' type the name of the theme into 'Cursor theme' text box.

I think It shouldn't happen. The cursor theme selected in Appearence
shouldn't be replaced by the options in Compiz.

However, that is a small problem.
