Bug#612704: gnome-terminal: Flashes when changing text size

When changing the text size (such as by hitting ctrl-plus or
ctrl-minus), gnome-terminal flashes as it redraws.  This occurs
regardless of whether the terminal uses a black or white background
color.  Ideally, gnome-terminal should perform the redraw atomically,
going directly from the rendering with smaller text to the rendering
with larger text.

Note that gnome-terminal does not flash when the window size changes, or
when clearing the screen, only when changing the text size.
