Bug#613561: gnome-screensaver: Screensaver starts after 10min of idleness even when disabled

I have disabled the screensaver in "System->Preferences->Screensaver". I also
have told power-management to never put the display to sleep. BUT after 10 mins
of idleness the screen goes to blank. This should not happen.
