Bug#615067: [totem] Wrong encoding in the sidebar !

Package: totem Version: 2.30.2-6 Severity: important Helloy ! 
I live in Ukraine and we have the most popular encoding - cp1251, but Totem
incorrectly displays the names of movies and music in the sidebar.
