Bug#608860: rhythmbox: Shuffle duplicates songs before playing every song.

When shuffling a playlist, it will randomly choose the next song without
eliminating duplicates. Shuffling is defined as not having any duplicates until
you run out of items, and that is also the behavior I would expect as a user,
as well as the behavior of other music players. (such as iTunes) To reproduce
the bug, you can create a playlist with 3 songs, enable shuffling and repeat,
and skip songs to see what the playing order is. There will sometimes be
several iterations where it will ping-pong between two songs without playing
the third one.
