Bug#611244: seahorse: Can't change password or delete default keyring possibly because of translated keyring name

Can't do anything with default created password keyring "основная"
(it's in Russian). Seahorse shows me error.
I've tried to start seahorse from command line with LANG=C environment
variable, but keyring name is still in Russian. Instead of delete, it shows me:
Couldn't delete.
No such key ring exists

Instead of password change I see:
Couldn't change keyring password
Programmer error: The application sent invalid data.

I can see error messages in console every time I'm interact with this keyring
in GUI (even selecting it produces error):
** Message: failed to retrieve info for keyring ????????: A keyring with that
name does not exist.
I think it is an installation problem, not even sure if it is Seahorse problem.
I've installed Debian with XFCE first, then switched to GNOME, if it matters.
