Bug#632733: libevince3/libevince3-3 installation conflict

Attempting to upgrade python-gnome2-desktop-dev to 2.32.0-1 tries to
pull in python-evince 2.32.0-1, which tries to pull in libevince3.

This conflicts with libevince3-3 3.0.0-3+b1 (pulled in by
evince, same version), because both try to create the file
/usr/lib/evince/3/backends/libtiffdocument.so.

The correct solution to this conflict is not obvious to me; for now I
have held python-evince at 2.30.2-1, which uses libevince2.
