Bug#632985: #632985: gnome-panel do not load

Downgrading libgtk2.0-0 to 2.24.4-3 fixed the problem on my machines. To
stop aptitude from complaining about broken dependencies, I also
downgraded

gtk2-engines-pixbuf
libgail18
libgail-common
libgtk2.0-bin
libgtk2.0-dev

to their 2.24.4-3 versions.
