Bug#634922: aborts on start: Settings schema 'org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.power' is not installed

If gnome-settings-daemon (>= 3.0) is not installed, providing the schema
file org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.power, gnome-power-manager
aborts:

GLib-GIO-ERROR **: Settings schema
'org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.power' is not installed

aborting...

Similar issue as in [1].

We either need to gracefully handle the case when gnome-settings-daemon
is not installed or add a hard dependency.
