Bug#635040: RM: seed [mips] -- ROM; FTBFS on mips, blocks other transitions

Hi,

seed 3.0.0-2 currently ftbfs on mips [1].
Several GNOME 3 transitions are currently blocked by this, as libpeas is
a central library for GNOME 3, and libpeas used libseed-gtk3.

I disabled seed support in libpeas and epiphany-browser on mips.
For libpeas (and seed) to transition to testing, seed needs to be
removed on mips, as was done in the past for ia64 [2].
