Bug#635844: eog: Do not stop loading large image if you try to skip it, it takes time.

If you have one large jpg image of about 20 Mb and when  you want to skip
it/don't want to wait for it to be loaded, it just blocks you until that image
is actually loaded and than it showes you the image after that big one.

Try by placing one large image with few of average size in one folder, open and
try to go through the list by pressing prev/next button.
