Bug#630482: gdm3 automounts CDs on start up; other user cannot eject

I can see why this would happen (not applied GSettings defaults), but
everything should be in place for it not to happen.

Does it work correctly when you change settings
in /etc/gdm3/greeter.gsettings ?
