Package: update-manager-gnome
Version: 0.200.5-1
Severity: normal
As the usual orange icon appeared on the upper panel, informing me for 40 updates,
when i clicked on it, the update manager starts but no updates appear on the screen.
Update-manager window freezes, and the program consumes a lot of cpu. Waiting has no use.
If you force quit the update-manager, the process is still running in the backroung, and
you need to kill it. The update procedure goes fine if you use apt-get update && apt-get
upgrade in the terminal.
