Bug#631146: file-roller: File-roller shows wrong dates in deb files

Opening deb files usually shows wrong month..one month ahead...today's updates
should be dated June 20th...they showed up in file roller as July 20th. Looking
at them with Midnight Commander shows the date as June 20th.
