You should really use a proper email client. Your last email was
completely messed up, not correctly quoted (not using '>') and you
included the signature (lines after the "-- " line). There are many real
email clients out there, even Evolution works and is installed by
default.
In any case, I have such a button in the dialog, although I have three
layouts (two german ones and one us-english). It's located directly
right of the input box.
