Bug#619126: python-gtk2: please update PyGtk to at least 2.22

The current upstream version of PyGtk is 2.26 (released on 2010-09-27).
It would be great to have at least PyGtk 2.22 since it wraps API that was
added in GTK 2.20 (most notably GtkOffscreenWindow).
