Bug#614764: pygobject: Please move to dh_python2

As we discussed yesterday on IRC, I now added a transitional .pth file
so that the reverse dependencies continue to work. We should keep this
until they all got converted to dh_python.

I tested this under current sid (python 2.5/2.6) and Ubuntu natty
(2.6/2.7), and it works fine for both.

This is an useful quick sanity test:

for p in $(pyversions -s); do $p -c 'import gtk, atk, pango, pangocairo, gio, gi'; $p -c 'from gi.repository import Gtk'; done;
