Bug#619425: hamster-applet: applet window isn't on top of the screen after clicking

Hi,

like i've stated in the subject, the applet-window of hamster doesn't focus but
rahter is hidden by previously focused/activated windows. It's really
cumbersome always minimizing the window that is in front of the applet-window.
It would be great, if the problem could be solved, so it runs a bit more
smoothly :)
