Bug#619787: RSVG renders text incorrectly at large scaling factors

Consider the file: <URL:

lower parts of the image should be identical.  However, RSVG renders

 >, the lower part being very wrong.

The difference between the two parts is that in the upper part, the
text is rendered at 20px whereas in the lower part, it is rendered at
0.2px scaled 100.  If I understand SVG correctly, this should make no
difference.  Presumably RSVG makes a difference becaues it asks
whatever font drawing library it uses to render the text at 0.2px, and
that library does some hinting for very small sizes, or something of
the sort.

I believe version 2.32.0 suffers from the same bug.

Could you please forward this bug upstream as appropriate?

PS: I don't know whether I should be attaching the example files to
the bug report for archiving.  If it is correct procedure, please
don't hesitate to do so.
