Bug#627496: gnome-control-center: wrong keys for Ctrl+key when using several keyboard layouts

I have configured two different keyboard layouts with gnome-keyboard-properties.
The problem is that when using the second layout, all Ctrl+key are mapped on the first layout.
I have no problem when I configure the second layout alone.
