I am  Sanni Abdullahi. a member of the panel inaugurated by the Nigerian federal legislator to look into $16 billion , which was spent on our energy power sector by the deemed past administration of Chief Olusegun Obasanjo as the president. And during our public hearing we have discovered that $12.93b has already been paid to some Local/international contractors without anything to show for it. And after the public hearing we extended our investigation and found out that some of these funds in question i.e. $16b was lodged in different banks both local and international in which we have made a recommendation to the upper and lower chambers of the federal house and the presidency. 
 
As we have concluded our investigations and made our recommendations as to enable the federal government of Nigeria to recover some of these funds from the contractors both local and international which has not been used, but we as the members of the panel have decided to transfer the sum of $45million USD to your account if you are willing to assist us and secure the fund into
