No translation file is installed at the right place !

/usr/share/locale/$locale/LC_MESSAGES/GETTEXT_PACKAGE.mo 
instead of
/usr/share/locale/$locale/LC_MESSAGES/gnome-system-tools.mo 

This is a regression since 2.30.2-2.
