It's actually a problem with the new theme:
	(a) The toolbar borders have changed
	(b) Nautilus specific styles have been added which make it
            look a bit odd, as the border from the toolbar seems to
            be longer than the toolbar itself and thus is visible on
            the top of the separator between side bar and the main
            widget.
