Bug#649510: /usr/bin/gnome-sound-recorder: gnome-sound-recorder does not record sound but skype does

Dear Maintainer,

It seems gnome-sound-recorder cannot properly record audio from my
microphone. Everything seems to be fine hardware wise because skype can
do it.
