Bug#648615: Latest update of nautilus in unstable has removed everything from desktop

Thank you Michael,

When I try to bring in gnome-tweak-tool with apt-get, it brings in a lot
of gnome 3 packages as well, like gnome-shell (even though I've pinned
gnome to 2.30). My sources.list points to wheezy but I tried adding in
some snapshot.debian terms for August 2011, to no avail.

I would think this configuration item would exist in a text file under /etc.

Is there a way to access it directly, without gnome-tweak-tool?
Changing to gnome 3 is a big decision and I wouldn't want to do that
just in order to solve this issue.
