Bug#644512: sound-juicer: Completely broken track lookup

Package: sound-juicer
Version: 2.32.0-1
Severity: important

Sound Juicer has been reliable for ages, but suddenly on my Wheezy system, it's
behaving weirdly. It happened the other day when trying to rip my Jeff Wayne's
Musical Version of The War of the Worlds *blush* but now it's happened again
with a different CD. I'll explain.

The CD in question is Steven Wilson's new double album, Grace For Drowning.
It's two CDs, CD 1 contains 7 tracks, CD 2 contains 5. When I insert CD 1 to
rip, I get http://img821.imageshack.us/img821/4396/screenshotsoundjuicerj.png
which is obviously a lot more than 7 tracks.

I did some digging on the MusicBrainz site. This album was released in several
formats as per
http://musicbrainz.org/release-group/3bc197f9-8f06-44eb-af4a-aecf2e313cb2. For
some reason, Sound Juicer is picking the track list for "3xCD + 2xBluRay"
rather than 2xCD.

I have just tried to rip CD 2 with 5 tracks and it has again picked up the same
listing.

It was the same with War of the Worlds, but I don't have the links to hand.

I hope this can be fixed easily as it is a terrible UX. Let me know if you
need any more data.

PS I have just looked at
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=631610 and
http://musicbrainz.org/doc/libmusicbrainz which might shed some light on the
subject. I believe that the upstream libmusicbrainz 4.0 is *not* the same as
Debian package libmusicbrainz4c2a (source:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/sound-juicer/+bug/455461). I
believe that packaging libmusicbrainz4 for Debian, and porting sound-juicer
to use it, might be a good idea.
