Latest upstream version from Ubuntu is 0.36:
http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/h/human-icon-theme/human-icon-theme_0.36.tar.gz
it is a part of universe repo now. I think starting Lucid, they switched
to humanity-icon-theme which has a different look:
