Bug#645276: evince crashes or produces a blank page when printing a colour tiff image

I am having troublew finding a suitable multi-page tiff viewer for linux/gnome.
Evince does a good job, but it crashes or fails to print with certain colour
tiff files, such as the one attached.

The attached file crashes evince when I do a print preview, producing the
following to stdout on my system:

This does not crash evince, but produces a blank page in print preview and when
printing.

It is notable that evince can view these files on screen fine, it is just
printing that is problematic.

Eye of Gnome will print the first page of the same colour files without
problem, but it cannot view or print multi-page tiff files.
