The attached .xsession-errors file doesn't look like the correct one, as you
have started the fallback mode there (gnome-panel and notification-daemon etc).
Please attach the one after starting gnome-shell. You probably need to switch to
ALT+F1 and make a copy of this file before you start the fallback mode again.
regarding screenshot: do you have a smartphone or camera? that would help too.
My guess is, that it is related to the proprietary nvidia kernel driver.
