Bug#646893: totem: MIDI file playing never ends

Totem doesn't stop playing after the end of a MIDI file is reached. For example if you make a
play list of 2 MIDI files, the first one is correctly played but when its end is reached, Totem
keeps running (the play time goes above the MIDI file duration) and never switches to the second file.
No sound is played. If you click the button to manually switch to the next piece of music (next track),
Totem is unable to play the 2nd MIDI file but doesn't crash.
