Bug#646864: epiphany-browser: cannot open help pages

I've just figured out that the issue is also happening for Gedit. As I 
also posted a similar bug for Empathy:

I now wonder if this is not specific to LXDE sessions, although I've 
installed the full Debian LXDE environment. Note that I didn't try in a 
Gnome session and I don't know enough of Gnome internals to guess where 
to search for the origin of the issue.
