This might be related to the libgtk-3-0 update and you running evince
under KDE with apparently a GTK theme that tries to match the KDE widgets.
Which theme is that?
Could you use the default (Adwaita) theme and test again.
More over, some actions (such as closing the "Print" dialog)

Not sure if this is also related to the theme problem.
Do you use other GTK 3 apps? Do they have the same problem.
